22세기, ‘빌딩들’이라 불리는 그림자 세력은 시간 공격을 감행해 2000년대 한국에 세워진 한 신도시를 시간선에서 지워버리고 만다. 이 사실을 알아챈 21세기의 ‘관측자’는 사라진 신도시를 복구하고자 AI를 통해 도시의 패턴을 분석한다.

In the 22nd century, a shadowy entity known as ‘The Buildings’ launched a temporal strike, erasing a South Korean ‘New Town’ of the 2000s from the timeline. The ‘Observer’ of the 21st century, having sensed this erasure, begins analyzing urban patterns through AI to reconstruct the vanished city.
